KOREA! One of th must go country in my travel list! There are just too many reasons for my to list down why i love Korea so much. Th beaches there are simply awesome although it can't be compared to those in places like Hawaii. I simply love th fact they are long stretched whereas in Singapore within 5 minutes we can already reach th other end of th shore. Another reason would be th shores of th beaches in Korea whereby th distance of it from th sea is huge unlike ahem Singapore, to add on, th trees at th beaches of Sentosa. Maybe because some of th beaches are at th less urbanized area, therefore they seem to be less commercialized and more "natural".
One of th most go in Korea, Lotte world! It's actually th world's largest indoor theme park and stairway to heaven was filmed there! As th saying goes, seeing is believing, upon seeing th photos i really believe how fairytale like th theme park is!
Th Namsan locks of love! As th name of this place suggests, it's a place whereby lovebirds exchange their love vowels upon th words on th locks and hope for eternal love. After writing their message on th locks, they will lock two of th locks together and throw th key, representing that they will never be apart.
What's travelling without food! Of course with all th fun places, good food is a must! I am pretty sure that Korea is known for their kimchi without saying, therefore we have th kimchi pancake! It's not th normal sweet tasting pancakes that we have for breakfast at our favorite Macdonald or KFC, instead it's a salty dish.
Kimchi stew! For kimchi stew, we will never fail to find silken tofu in it! Although i am not a big fan of kimchi stew, i would say it's a good dish to go with rice!
Kimchi fried rice! I have yet to try this before but i believe that being a fan of kimchi, i would love this!
Looks familiar? Yes, it's th all time favorite bibimbap! Actually i would say that th ingredients in th mixture would somehow differ for each restaurant but no matter how different they are, th carrots, egg, meat, bean sprout, egg and sweet sauce would be present!
Korean spicy rice cake! This is another dish that i have yet to try but by th looks of it on th tv show, i am sure i will love it! It's one of th must-try street snacks in korea!
Maybe we'll have some cheese to go with it?
Fish Cake Bread! I am sure this is quite commonly seen in Singapore, they are made of dough with red bean paste in it for th filings. Another great companion to take with you while walking down th streets!
Calling all meat lovers! Personally for me, th looks of th beef already appeal to me before they are barbecued!
Barbecued Pork Belly, th koreans love to have this, i am sure for people who do not eat fatty parts of th meat will never get to enjoy th real deal of this. Well, "no pain no gain".
Lettuce wrap! Whatever you can think of, you are most welcomed to add into th wrap, you name it! Kimchi, rice, meat, garlic, onion, EVERYTHING!
Having a sweet tooth? Baskin Robbin's chocolate fondue is th choice for you! Th photo says it all! Oh boy i wanna have it!
White chocolate fondue, recently i saw this in a korean tv show, it featured a cafe which have this fondue placed next to th cashier counter. Customers can just ask a biscuit from th staff and they are free to indulge themselves in th rich chocolate from th fondue fountain. All this photos of food is making me hungry! But what to do, i simply love korea! Hope to go there soon!
